1.Services
MVP In Weeks provides digital services including website development, MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development, startup launch services, local business systems, automation systems, AI-assisted development services, and consulting and strategy services.
The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a project proposal or agreement agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
2.Project Estimates & Timelines
All project timelines and delivery estimates are provided as good-faith projections based on the scope described at the start of engagement.
Project scope changes, additional feature requests, or delays in receiving required content or access from the client may affect the originally estimated delivery date. We will communicate any expected delays as soon as they become known.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, content, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
3.Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the amount specified in the project proposal.
Depending on the project size and scope, milestone or staged payments may apply. Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled.
Unpaid balances may result in a pause of project work until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable late fee as outlined in the project agreement.
4.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project completion
- Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within the agreed timeframe
- Ensuring they have legal rights to any content, images, logos, or other assets they provide
- Securing and maintaining their own domain names, hosting accounts, and third-party service subscriptions unless otherwise agreed
5.Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their final deliverables, including custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.
MVP In Weeks retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a mutual non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement is in place.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or code used in the project remain the property of their respective owners and are licensed according to their original terms.
6.Third-Party Services
Projects may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to hosting providers, APIs, AI tools, cloud services, and other integrations.
MVP In Weeks is not responsible for outages, downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, or discontinuation of services from third-party providers. We recommend clients maintain their own accounts with critical third-party providers.
